is there any reason to keep the little "Scan in progress"-window always on top or can i avoid that without to minimize it?

There is no reason respectively "I like it to be like that"
Because:
- If it's not on top then people will need additional clicks to cancel a scan.
- When the progress window disappears you know "scan is finished".

What do you suggest?

It always pops up in the middle of my tables!

I suggest

- if i click another window at the same position "scan in progress" will go to the background

- remember the position from last scan

- make an option: always on top (yes/no)

if that is realized you can get more suggestions

If i make datamining, the "scan in progress" pops up every 3 minutes - and is to minimize manually.

When I press "scan" during playing, the window is in the middle of my tables - and clicking the table does not help. Again and again.

What about my suggestions?

Could you please realize some of them?

I was about to open the same thread. An option to hide that window would be nice

Oh, i guess the problem is that i'm using primaeye. I thought that those options were the same on different poker room's. Any chance to add the same option on primaeye? At least i didn't found any option to do that

I will add that to the Prima version aswell.
