Yes, thats a good way to automate this.
I will most likely do it this way.
ETA is 3 weeks.
We are currently pretty busy with the new SpadeEye version.
This is one of the points that will be released with the next SpadeEye version, by the end of this week.
Version 2.71 is ready for download:

- Added new method for more efficient datamining on PartyPoker, EmpirePoker and FullTiltPoker.
The result of a scan is being used for determining "what table to open for datamining".

SpadeEye runs a scan, sorts the tables by #hands (ascending), and opens the top X tables.
Thus the tables where you have less hands on players will be opened with a higher priority.
After 15 minutes it closes all tables, and start at the begining again.

Specifiy the amount of tables to open in "main->options->open tables".
Configure the playercount and type of tables in the SpadeEye "Filter".
Run the new datamining method via "Datamining->Start Semi Smart Datamining".

This new datamining method will be improved in the next couple of days/weeks.
So if you have a nice improvement in mind, tell me Smile
Yes, minor things like "minimizing" the tables, setting the time interval and so on will follow.
This basic version should give us the opportunity to test basic things and get a clue to what direction the developement should go...

Some already mentioned to rather open tables by "# buddies" on a table.
So lets gather some suggestion over the upcoming week and then pull out a better version Smile

So far its working great for me except that it doesnt close the tables when the number of players drops below my chosen number.

Yes, this will be solved - somehow Smile

Well, the "Semi Smart" mining can improve the efficiency of datamining.
As you datamine those tables with unkown players more often, instead of datamining tables with players where you already have a ton of hands about...
Yes, this is a side-effect.
Yes Smile
Yes.
I am confident that this new method will be less CPU intensive and more powerful once it will be finished Smile
