If i purchase, is this a one time fee?
Yes, all our tools are a one time fee,
and all future upgrades are included.
What if i buy a new computer?
In case your machinecode changes (e.g. in cause of new hardware) email your new machinecode to support@spadeit.com.
Your old machinecode will get disabled and a new key will be provided to you.
Getting an error on SpadeEye startup
1) You probably need to install the "Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 redistributable" from:

Running SpadeEye with Windows Vista
You need to run SpadeEye and the poker client as admin.
1) Go to your SpadeEye installation directory.
2) Right click the SpadeEye executable.
3) Choose "run as admin" from the popup.
When scanning
1) Make sure the poker client is displaying the correct stakes
(and not e.g. the list of available tournaments).
When datamining Full Tilt Poker
1) You need to be logged in (no matter if playmoney or realmoney account) for the datamining to work.
2) Make sure the handhistories in the Full Tilt client are enabled.
Go to "options"->"handhistory..." in the Full Tilt client to enable the handhistories.
3) You need to use the english Full Tilt client.
When datamining PartyPoker
1) Make sure you use the english Party Poker client
2) To be able to configure the limits-tab in SpadeEye you need to have Party Poker running prior to entering the options in SpadeEye.
SpadeEye retrieves the available stakes from the Party Poker client.
