I'm test your demo , but problem whith PartyPoker :
You seem to have 2 problems:
1) You use Windows Vista?
- Do you run SpadeEye and PartyPoker as admin?
- Do you use the english PartyPoker client?
2) Your database is not added correct.
The field "DB" is empty (see screenshot 3).
Remove your database from SpadeEye and re-add it with the correct "database"-name.
Default name is "HoldemManager", otherwise see here:

Two test :
You set the "type" to "Pokertracker 2 postgresql" but it needs to be "HoldemManager".
Please remove your database and re-add it with the correct "type".
