I just reinstalled SpadeEye, using 3.04. Using HEM database (newest HEM as well)

This is on a clean windows install. When I go to click spadeeye the program comes up with an all white screen and just hangs. Sometimes after 5-10 minutes it loads and takes FOREVER to scan, most of the time it goes to (not responding) or whatever.

Also still waiting for my new code (eqmike28@hotmail.com) but seeing as I can't even get this program to load maybe that's why there is a delay on that.

Do you use a Comodo, Kerio, Kaspersky or Norton firewall?

SpadeEye tries to verify the trial period on startup.
The trial period is saved online.
Thus it requires the internet.
For some reason it seem to hang at this step.

You can also try to disable "update->check for updates on startup".
Maybe this is hanging, too.

BTW: I do not have any email from eqmike28@hotmail.com requesting a new key.
Did you sent the email to support@spadeit.com?
When did you sent it?
Can you resend it please?
