I will try to get one.

thx!!
Sent a couple of questions about SpadeEye to FullTilt.
Still waiting for a reply from FullTilt, but i guess they will need some days to evaluate everything.
If they really dislike the SpadeEye tableopener, then it will be removed...
hi ,
still no answer from fulltilt?
3. The following types of programs may not be allowed during play, depending on their specific use:
* Subscription services that provide extra information about opponents, such as tournament histories and statistics
* Programs that could be used for collusion between players
* Programs that provide or assist in table selection
* Poker calculators that compute poker probabilities or hand values
* Other programs that confer an unfair advantage to the use
from fulltilt-poker mentioned in a 2+2 post about (temporal?) suspension of accounts using prohibited software.so you are still sure that spadeeye is allowed on fulltilt.apart from the usage for datamining i guess spadeeye is a program assisting in table selection!
so dont tap the glass comments arent very helpful and i would really like to have an official statement from fulltilt!

Well, we can suppose a lot and everybody has it's own opinion,
but thats all worthless, because FullTilt has to decide,
and FullTilt needs to pull out a list of acceptable programs (like PokerStars does).
From my point of view:
- The tableselection stuff is 1000000 % legal.
If that's not allowed then every HUD and every tracking program needs to be prohibited, too,
as you can do tableselection with that, too.
I suppose point 3: "Programs that provide or assist in table selection" does not apply for a local tableselection utility like SpadeEye.
It's prohibits the things like Sharkscope and Tablerating, as these use centralized databases, which are nearly everywhere prohibited...
- The SpadeEye tableopener is a thing to worry about, unless SpadeEye is not a dataminer..
I mean FullTilt is writing the handhistory to disk on its own.
So you can datamine by a simple mouseclick.
You don't need SpadeEye for that...
Nevertheless, bottom line is: Nobody knows whats up.
We got to wait until FullTilt clarifies the situation.
I would like to get a contact person at FullTilt to clarify this,
and make the Software 100% FullTilt compliant
- as I did with PartyPoker and PokerStars -
but up to now I got no response from them...
Need to have some patience.
We will modify SpadeEye and find a solution.
I am trying to contact FullTilt and resolve this issue...
I am still unsure what FullTilt have in mind when they talk about "Tableselection".
In my oppinion it is ridiculous to disallow tableselection.
It's a players given right to choose what opponents he want to play against...
I can understand if they prohibit datamining,
but if they really prohibit tableselection then PokerTracker3 needs to be prohibited, too.
Not only in cause of the build-in tableselection utility (the TableTracker) but also because you can tableselect by simply opening a bunch of tables and waiting for the HUD to display the statistics before you evaluate the tables...
FullTilt probably refers to utilities like "tableratings" (that use a centralized player database) when they talk about "tableselection".
But nobody knows what they have in mind.
Nevertheless, bottom line is that I am currently trying to contact FullTilt and resolve this issue, even if FullTilt doesn't seem to be eager to help...
I guess it's not a big help to throw out a new application before I know "what is allowed? / what is not?".
Otherwise the new application will end up prohibited...
